Where It All Began
The foundation was laid by Mr. Kong Siew Soong and Madam Kuan Sooi Yong. While Mr. Kong managed the vision, Madam Kuan, a dedicated TCM practitioner, served the community with time-honored botanical remedies and a passion for healing.
- 2001
A Pioneering "East Meets West" Evolution
Jeff Kong, a pharmacist, and Rachelle Choong, a business graduate, established a unique community pharmacy in Kajang. They bridged the gap between Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and modern pharmacy, focusing on a scientific yet deeply personal approach to wellbeing.

The company transitioned into manufacturing, securing its first NPRA certification for the production of Traditional Medicine.
The First Humble Factory
- 2012-2014
Setting The Standards
Committed to global safety and inclusivity, Dong Foong obtained JAKIM Halal certification in 2012, followed by MESTI, GMP, and HACCP credentials from the Ministry of Health Malaysia in 2014.
- 2018
Growth and Precision
As production capacity expanded, the team obtained the NPRA GMP for Health Supplements and moved into the new Semenyih Headquarters at the Semenyih Hi-Tech Park.
- 2022-2025
Expanding the Horizon
The footprint grew to include a fully automated metal tin facility and a state-of-the-art, air-conditioned warehouse designed to ensure the total integrity of every ingredient we source.
